FANTASY SKITTLERS CAPTAINS SIGNUP FORM

This form is for Stoke League Skittle Captains who wish to add there team and players so they will be available for selection in this years Fantasy Skittlers League.
Also by adding your team and players we will keep a record of all their playing stats.

Each Captain can submit up to 10 players. We have an extra 2 players set aside for each team if on occasion a reserve or a non registered player has to play.
